Sidewalks on both sides at midblock: </SPAN></SPAN></P><P STYLE="font-size:16ptmargin:7 0 7 0;"><SPAN><SPAN>a. Complete on both sides of the street </SPAN></SPAN></P><P STYLE="font-size:16ptmargin:7 0 7 0;"><SPAN><SPAN>b. Street trees planted between sidewalk and curb: yes/no/unknown </SPAN></SPAN></P><P STYLE="font-size:16ptmargin:7 0 7 0;"><SPAN><SPAN>Field technicians evaluated the sidewalk’s pavement condition, measured the width and distance of the sidewalk from the curb with a tape measure, and determined if the area was visually interesting. These values were entered in the appropriate data fields, and a digital image of the site was captured. </SPAN></SPAN></P><DIV><P><SPAN /></P></DIV></DIV>
